This needs i18n support for the language strings in the markup, viz.

Up one level
Up folder (alt text)
Choose (button text)
Contents of (h3 text)
Show/hide descriptions

Attached patches for kernel and config.
I couldn't see Up folder (alt) in the current kernel trunk but added it.

Having the kernel depend on /config does seem a little messy.
