I found a potentially dangerous bug in the Resources Viewer.

 After you add it to a site and click on it to Configure it, it prompts
 you to select the folder you wish to display and then click Continue.

 On the next screen it asks you for a title for the Resources Viewer
 and then the details you want to display for the selected folder. The
 *Title field indicates that it requires an entry and initially comes
 up empty.

 If you do not fill in a title, it does not force you to fill it in.
 The result, the tool loses it's title in the left hand menu so you can
 no longer access it and you can no longer 'Edit Tools' under Site Info
 to fix it or remove the tool (or any others).
