If I remember the original spec correctly, when the viewer is configured and a Title is set, the Sakai page title (the text that appears in the left-hand navigation) should be set to the viewer title text, rather than remaining "Resources Viewer". This will become more important once users are able to configure more than one instance of the Resources Viewer per site.
