Xingtang, there are a couple places that the UI deviates from the spec.

- Reply All button should be placed between Reply and Forward buttons.
- On Reply All Screen, the button to send the message reads 'Reply All" This should be 'Send'

Button should read "Reply To All" instead of "Reply All"

When using reply to all button, person sending reply message is automatically included in the Cc section.

I've tested every issue noted in this ticket.
- Reply All button should be placed between Reply and Forward buttons. (OK)
- On Reply All Screen, the button to send the message reads 'Reply All" This should be 'Send' (OK)
- Button should read "Reply To All" instead of "Reply All" (OK)
- When using reply to all button, person sending reply message is automatically included in the Cc section. (I believe this is ok as mail programs usually do this by default)

I've confimed also that this works. However, should we really automatically Cc the sender? This doesn't seem like universal behavior for Reply To All (my mail client doesn't do this).
