If I choose to have a resource released next week, the email notification actually goes out immediately, however it does not say when the resource will be available from. Is there a way for the email to go out when the actual resource is released or put a blurb in the email saying when it will be available?

The attached patch will put a blurb in the email saying when it will be available.

I don't see how this is a feature request. It seems more like a bug. We have had complaints from our users at Stanford. They expect, reasonably, that notification won't go out until the item is released.
