In much the same way as one can reuse content from one site in another, it would be good to be able to reuse the site participant lists.
This could be done in a number of ways
1/ have a facility in Site Info to list email addresses of site participants on a web page (maybe partitioned into internal and external lists). This could then be cut and pasted into the new site
2/ have an option during site create to copy all participants.
3/ have an option in site info to 'import participants' from another site.
It should be pointed out that this is a copy operation meaning that changes in one site are not reflected in tothe other site.

Those participants here only refer to the manually added site participants, not the provided ones from CourseManagementService, right?
