Description

In response to the IU conducted usability test regarding confusion on the "Add Citations to List" button/label on the "Edit Citation List" page, the addition of a button labeled "Search for Citations" should be added. This will take the user to the same page as the "Add Citations to List" button but without the Import button being displayed.

Decided to change button label from above attached image #1 from "Add a Citation" to "Create New Citation" to match the language bundle entry already used for this activity.

After reviewing (and using) these changes, we've decided to revert to a button layout that's very similar to the UI design we started with.

The concensus opinion is that the new layout introduces UI issues that are probably as troublesome as the issues we were attempting to resolve.
