I keep getting an error message that I can't edit the tools as I am already editing them.

Nobody else is editing the site info

Thomas,
you may get that message if you are editing the site in another tool. If you have the site opened for edit (either by editing the site's options, or via worksite setup Revise, or in the Admin Sites editor), then you have to finish that edit before you can start another. It's a bit confusing and a known issue that needs resolution still. You can logout and wait a few minutes and then login and that should clear the lock.
