Paul, was this introduced after the 2.6.0 release?
Raising this to blocker... This seems like a major regression especially because of grade release sensitivity.
I was able to replicate this on qa3 + local instance using latest 2.6.x code. I was also able to replicate this on latest trunk. I didn't hear of this happening before the 2.6.0 release, but I just verfied it is also happening on this 2.5 test server: http://qa5-us.sakaiproject.org/portal.
Hi Zhen,
Here were my steps to replicate on trunk and latest 2.6.x: 1) Become instructor, go to site 2) Add new assignment 3) Make it gradeable, Attachments + Inline -> Publish 4) Login as student 5) Attach a document, fill in inline field, submit 6) Login as instructor -> Grade assignment 7) Put in text in the inline field, give a score 8) SAVE (not Release) Now login as student, click on the assignment, you will see score I duplicated it with the "Walrus History" course. (I like to have fun with site names)
View the status of the graded assignment. Then login as ud_student1 to verify that the score is visible. Confirmed fixed in trunk. Tested using recipe above on local trunk instance.
