I have run these scripts multiple times testing out the fix for ~~SAK-16548~~ and verifying the other conversions are in. I haven't found any issues with it and have confirmed that it fixes the errors. It would be appreciated to have someone else agree with this though before it's signed off on.

This issue blocks the 2.6.1 release until testing verification occurs and the scripts are merged into 2.6.x.

Noticed that there was a conversion included in ~~SAK-16668~~ which was merged into 2.6.0 script September 1st, long after the 2.6.0 release which needed to be mentioned in this conversion script.
