The "iallowed" WARNs are being tracked in ~~SAK-5019~~.

These WARNs were first seen in 2.1.2.004.

This message occurs when I try to go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/portal. The only way I can log in is if I go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/portal/xlogin and log in as admin.

Even after creating a local user account, I cannot use this 'trick' to log in with the new user id. Only admin works.

corrected fix version - this should be in 2.2.0 and the QA for this cycle has ended. Please reopen this ticket if you find the problem persists
