Many of the tools in Sakai allow the site author to import items from another site but there are quite a few that do not. With more and more faculty relying on this to prevent tedious site setup, its essential all tools in the core bundle provide this functionality. While sites can be duplicated, many institutions create courses for their users.
It would be useful for instructors to be able to copy previously created chat rooms into a new site.
