One of our campuses is taking an approach where they want to actively engage with students who are not participating in online activities. It would be great if SiteStats had some approach to deal with this use case. Thanks! L

SiteStats 2.0 (currently in trunk) addresses this by providing these default predefined reports (among others):

Users with no visits (Show users who have never visited the site.)
Less active users (Show top 10 users with less activity in site.)
Users with no activity in site

Also, the new Overview page in trunk presents more useful information (eg, Most active user).
