Clicking a recipient checkbox (e.g. "All access users") strangely seems to force a server round-trip and a page reload. This seems unnecessary, and contributes to a feeling of sluggishness in the tool.

Won't fix for now. But will be considered as new feature of next Mailtool (2.5?)

Per Soo's comment, re-opening this as a Feature Request, but I maintain that from the user experience angle this is certainly buggy behavior.

Making this a sub-task of SAK-8636, as a distinct set of symptoms to evaluate, even if the fixes proposed in SAK-8636 clear this up along with other things.
