With increasing use of /direct/ URLs in various tools, errors that produce 500 error codes (internal server error) should get caught by an error handler similar to the portal ErrorReporter.java, which at a minimum triggers an emailed bug report like the portal ones, and preferably gives the user an opportunity to describe what they were doing when the error occurred.

Added in emailing and logging support for errors which are unhandled by the entity broker itself
