In 'Site Info' tool there is an 'Import from Site' link. It allows users to import tools' contents from another site. We need to implement EntityProducer and EntityTransferer APIs to allow Samigo contents to be copied over.

This one is interesting because it by-passes the unique name per assessment rule.

I was able to import multiple times with the result that each copy had the same name. I'm not sure if this is an issue for anyone.
