This happens with all browsers, not just IE6.
I've tested this on
Windows 2000/IE5 Windows xp/IE7 Windows xp/FF and it looks fixed BUT If I set release and retract dates in the first file to a time in 2009, the second file defaults to release and retract dates of January 1, 2003! Why do we even have past years available? Presumably the past years are there for backwards compatibility with existing files? So that if a file was previously set to a past year, the original settings will remain.
I'll open the "2003" problem as a new issue.
