      Description

      This problem was first reported on list by Daniel Merino in August 2011. He also helpfully provided a work-around.

      UC Berkeley encountered the same issue last week: null pointer exception when trying to create an ad hoc group.

      Daniel's suggested fix seems to work: Commenting out the DummyButton lines in ModifyAdHocProducer.java

      It would be nice to have this taken care of in a release.
