Unable to edit a template item

      Description

      I am unable to edit a template item in Evaluation System.  After clicking the edit icon, a new tab opens up with a blank page.

      1. Login as admin
      2. Access Administration Workspace > Evaluation System
      3. Click on My Templates
      4. Click on the Edit link for any of the templates
      5. Click on the Pencil (edit icon) for any of the templates

      Expected result : Popup should open with the editor and should be able to modify the template
      Actual result : New tab opens with a blank white page.  Getting the following error in the browser console:

          Zeplin

            Attachments

              Activity
