      Description

Sakai 2-6-x introduces the notion of "student view", where a site owner who has appropriate permissions can select a "view as student" mode. This causes authz to resolve authz permission queries as if the user had a different role to his/her actual role.

With recent changes in evals (maybe also prior to that) this has limited if any effect, as not all behaviour is determined by authz permission queries.

The tool needs some way to show an appropriate view for a site owner / instructor who visits the tool while in "student view" mode.

Perhaps an information notice at the top of the dashboard view noting that student view doesn't change the effective view, and to use the previews instead for evaluations.

To address the functional requirement (see what the student will see) probably requires implementation of EVALSYS-701
