      Description

The export process is becoming increasingly complicated, now that we have included comments, choice between XLS and CSV, a choice between just grades and grades and structure . . . think we probably want to create a dialog box that comes up when the user asks to export, and which has checkboxes for the various options.

This JIRA proposes to change the Menu driven export to a window like the Import window with options for CSV/XLS, and Structure/No Structure.

          Regarding Mike's questions:

          1) Default values would be; export all sections, don't export comments, don't export excuses, export as CSV.

          2) Only export XLSX, as MS offers tools to allow XLSX import for older versions of Excel. Also, I believe that Google Docs provides XLSX import natively.

During the UCD S&T meeting on 6/28, it was decided that we will continue with the UI as specified in the comment on 6/24.

We will revisit whether we want to handle structure later.

          QA Test Plan:

          1. Click on Tools --> Export. This should launch the export dialog
          2. Test all combinations of Sections, Include Comments, and Export As
2.1 If you don't select anything, from the "Sections" and "Export As" ComboBox, then it will use: "Sections = ALL" and "Export As = CSV"
