missing specific message error in edit section view

Missing specific message error in edit section view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click "Edit" link under a section to edit the section
2. Select "Limit number of students in section to" under Section Size but do not field value for the limit number.
3. Click "Update"
You will see the error message:
"There were problems with the last action. Please see details below."
but there is no error message at the error place. (see sectionbug.JPG attached)

While for adding Section by click "Add Sections" if you follow step 2 and 3, you will see the error message like above, also, another message: "Please enter the size limit on the section." above choice "Limit number of students ..."
