      Description

The bulk delete was removed as a result of the Sakai-2.0 legacy refactoring sub-project. As I understand it, the argument for removing this feature was the obscured placement of the Update button at the bottom of a long list of resources. I understand the concern, however, I believe that the functionality gained by a bulk delete heavily outweighs the problem of finding the Update button. We can certainly train users with long lists of resources to scroll for the update button. The alternative is to require users to click twice to delete every resource. For example, deleting 10 resources would require 20 clicks, whereas using bulk delete to delete those same 10 resources would only require 12 clicks. Additionally, the style guide allows for this feature solely for the purpose of doing bulk deletes. My request is to revert this functionality as spec-ed back to the bulk delete as shown in the style guide.
