When you attempt to upload multiple files in Resources, there are labels and separators to distinguish the form elements related to the different files. At the very bottom of the page is the selection element for "Email notification", which applies to all files being uploaded. Because of the layout, it seems like that only relates to the last file. It would be good to add a separator and/or label above that element to clarify that it applies to all files being uploaded. A design is needed if you agree.
