      Description

Creating a site archive does not save the gradebook. We expect to be able to use archive/restore to move courses between copies of sakai (e.g. early adopters to the production version). We also need a way to save a user from errors. The obvious way is to start a copy of sakai on a backup of the database, export the user, remove the components that they didn't mess up, and then import the data. I don't want to go into production with a system where I can't restore the gradebook if something goes wrong.
