      Description

      rSmart has developed an option to off-load all property key/value pairs to a database backend, allowing for dynamic updates to property values, as well as aggregating all property key/values into one location. This would be a welcome feature to translators and allow Sakai to setup a QA server with this feature enabled to serve as a single "translation server".

      Turn this feature on with the following properties:

      1. message bundle management
        load.bundles.from.db=true
      2. number of milliseconds before rechecking database for updates, the default is 30 secs
        load.bundles.from.db.timeout=30000
