      Description

      User reports:
      ----------
I've found a frustrating snag in the Schedule function. The final exam for my
course (FR 231 All site) is Dec. 19th from 10:30am-12:30pm (after noon, hence
PM), but when I enter that, it thinks the exam is 14 hours and displays it on
the 20th as well!!! The only thing I can do is not to give an end time. It's
okay, but just somewhat annoying that I can't show the ending time.
      ---------

The problem happens when the end time is chosen to set the event (rather than duration). Create an event by starting with a start time of 10:30. Then set the end time. If you pick 12, then 30, then switch the am to pm, the duration gets set to 14 hours instead of 2. It's easy to fix by just setting the duration to 2, but there's something buggy in the calculation when changing from am to pm.
