      Description

      Scrollbars in Gradebook are due to unique nesting in the JSP. The nesting used by all other tools (legacy and otherwise, excluding Sam), is the following:

      <f:view>
      <div class="portletBody">
      <form />
      </div>
      </f:view>

      <div class="portletBody"> should be the only child of <f:view> - this will eliminate the scrollbars.

      Cell alignment problems due to JSF limitations in styling specific cells and headers are ameliorated in the overview view if the following line is included in the gradebook.css:

      table.narrowTable td.rightpadded {
      text-align:right;
      vertical-align:bottom;
      padding-right:6em !important;
      }
