      Description

During new Worksite Setup and on the Site Info page (Edit Tools), the user is prompted to assign a TITLE to Web Content and News tools. But on the Options page, a change in the TITLE field does not effect the TITLE on the tool bar.

The TITLE one types into the Options page is represented in the iFrame wrapper only.

It makes sense that these two fields can have different text. It doesn't make sense that the fields are called the same thing. The user thinks it's a bug that she changes the title but the title doesn't change.

Perhaps the title for the tool navigation could be called "tool title" and the title for the iframe could be called something like "tool sub-title". Would be grand if both could be edited from the Options page. If not, then perhaps the Options page could include a hint on where to change the nav tool title.

I've never seen anyone find this on their own. Even making it to Site Info > Edit Tools isn't enough. One has to click the Continue button before one is presented with the option to rename the nav button.

Looks and smells like a bug to the user. [dlp]
