      Description

If a Basic LTI request is made from a mobile device (which ultimately ends up as a redirect directly to an individual tool URL), then you do not end up at the tool, instead, the portal sees that you are on a mobile device, intercepts it, and takes you to the PDA portal, but dumps you at the list of sites, not at the tool.

For example, the Sakai Connector portlet installed in uPortal, if on a mobile device, you get what is in the screenshot.

One possible solution is that the Basic LTI request could send an additional parameter on the URL so that the portal ignores any intercepting if it sees you are on a mobile device but are performing a Basic LTI launch.
