      After participant has submitted a wizard page that is linked to a matrix cell, clicking on the matrix cell displays the top part of the cell, but then has an unexpected error.

      To reproduce:
      Associate a portfolio site with itself or another site that contains a wizard
      Link the wizard to one of the cells in the matrix

      As a participant, submit the linked wizard page

      Click on the matrix -> matrix cell
      Cell opens with the text for the top of the cell displayed
      Below the instruction text, the unexpected error displays

      The error is different for the participant than it is for the coordinator - am attaching both bug reports
