Description
Expected behavior is to click on the file in Resources to initiate a download to the device. Instead, the download seems to initiate ("loading" is displayed) but no further action occurs; the file is not downloaded. I was able to successfully download by following these steps.
Navigate to the site's Resources
Long Press (press & hold) the pdf file to bring up the right-click menu.
Select "Save Link" from the menu - that should start the download.
Using other options from the menu, e.g., Open in New Window, Open, resulted in the same churning download window.
Tested on our local Sakai instance running 2.7.1 and on nightly2 running a 2.7.x branch: http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8081/portal
