Make current password field always available in the Account tool

Starting 2.8.1 when a user edits their information in the Account tool, they have to enter their current password. We do not allow users to change their passwords via the Account, so we unchecked the user.upd.own.passwd permission in the user realms. Unchecking that permission also hides the current password field and users are not able to edit their name or email address.

It might be better to have the current password field always available if the users are allowed to edit any information via the Account tool.
