iframed tools in PDA portal in mobile devices toolbar is hidden

      Description

      As part of SAK-22285 a series of tools are not inlined - namely profile2 and sitestats. In mobile devices the site toolbar is absolutely positioned, which means that the iframed tool is partly concealed.
