      Description

If an event reoccurs, 1 minute is shaved off the time. If the event occurs only once, the full amount of time is shown.

      To reproduce:
Create an event that occurs only, making note of the your start and end times
      Save the event
Create another event that reoccurs, making it for the same amount of time that the first event is set for, (e.g. both for 30 minutes)
      Save the event

On the calendar page, click on each event
The event occurring only once shows the time set
The event reoccurring shows the time minus 1 minute

This is the issue described in SAK-5748, but it only occurs if the event is reoccurring.
Initially I was going to add this information into that Jira, but since patches were applied for older versions, I thought it better to create a new one for 2.9
