      Description

When following an external link on a Wiki page, the returned page occupies the whole of the iFrame. The only way back is the browser 'Back' button, which is discouraged in the rest of Sakai. This behaviour would be natural if the Wiki occupied the whole browser as most do, but in Sakai it is disconcerting.

Consider (a) handling external links as launching a new window or (b) retaining RWiki header or some other route back (sounds messy). Any other ideas?
