      Description

      The LTI Admin Tool configuration UI for Tools "Available in System" need to add checkboxes and "allow fields" in the data model allow launch, tooltitle, pagetitle, secret, and key.

      This makes the administrator capabilities consistent with the Basic LTI (sakai.basiclti) portlet.
