      Description

I remember BasicLTI being able to use copy/paste XML in the past, though that option appears to be hidden now. What would be nicer (and seems to be more useful) is being able to copy/paste an XML url and have that be the configuration. For example a url from https://lti-examples.heroku.com/index.html or something cloned from that site.

One example URL from that page is
      https://lti-examples.heroku.com/config/editor_button2.xml

Which results in an XML configuration page.

In SAK-22780 I added a URL connection reader class which could be used for reading the external result to a string.

Also looking at this more, while I accounted for a possible DoS on line limit, I didn't consider character limit. Should have probably looked into it more and used
