      Description

      I'd consider this a blocker, because it makes the main page of the UI for Gradebook unusable to students in IE10 mode for gradebook.

      Running in IE9 compatibility mode (which is the default for 2.9.x) doesn't show this problem, but switching to standard mode shows the problem exists in previous versions of Sakai. Looks okay in Chrome/FF.
