      Description

Issue: Although iPhone 3 uses Safari and recent upgrades of Sakai 2.6.1 to the latest versions of the FCKEditor (SAK-15994) support Safari better, the version of Safari that iPhone 3 uses does not support the FCKEditor. Users are unable to enter anything into tools like Announcements, Schedule, or Forums (will enter separate bugs for all three tools) because the FCKEditor window is unresponsive.

Suggested solution: Make browser detection more specific so that an iPhone user going to Sakai will get the simple text editor for such tools. This seemed to be the behavior for Safari users on our sakai 2.4 instance.

      (hopefully I've filed this correctly)
