Update button is not enabled when user doesn't have privileges to change password

      Description

      When editing the user details, the Update Button is not enabled when the user has no permissions to change the password.

      This button is enabled when the new password verification is OK, but that is not working if the new password fields are not shown because the user doesn't have the permissions to change the password.
