Recent changes macro does not produce correct links if subsites are created

      Description

      If you create a subsite page eg [newsite/NewPage] then go and edit that site and create a page with the

      {recent-changes}

      macro, then click on a link in the recent changes list that refers to a subsite page, you can recursively create subsites untill you eventually create a name that is longer than the database can cope with.

      This does not appear to hapen elsewhere. I suspect that the links in the recent changes macro are not being created as global links hence the subsite of a subsite of asubsite of a.......
