Site Info / Edit Tools Markup unhappy when inlined and in Morpheus

The site info tool has the little floating window as you tic the check boxes. This floating window has some rendering issues (see screenshots) when inlined.

Things get even worse when the tool is inlined in morpheus. The site info tool copies all the icon details from portal.css into a local css (I wish it had just included portal.css). The CSS rules in the site info CSS override the morpheus rules about icons and so the icons get freaky in the site navigation under morpheus and then in the site info floating window you see both icons properly rendered - weird.

I am sure there is a reasonable fix for this - but I personally see little point in the floating window that replicates what is already shown on the checkboxes and it adds a ton of unnecessary complexity especially as we move to mobile first. If this is up to me - I would just delete that feature for Sakai 11 - but I will wait a bit and see if anyone comes up with a more creative solution.
