Sakai's UI is inconsistent in what verb or noun forms and combinations are used in links, toolbar entries and buttons.
1. 'Permissions' is widely used as a toolbar entry to change permissions (noun), yet the link in Resources to change properties is 'Revise Properties' (verb + noun)
2. In some tools, the Cancel button is labelled 'Cancel' whereas in others (e.g. Account) it is 'Cancel Changes'. There are similar differences in button style elsewhere.
3. In Worksite Setup / Site Info, the toolbar options are all verb + noun (e.g. 'Manage Groups'), whereas in most other tools they are nouns ('Options', 'Permissions', etc.)
4. Preferences mixes option forms, e.g. 'Notifications' but 'Customize Tabs'.
This issue requires a clear decision on appropriate forms for toolbar entries, links and button text, which then needs to be applied across all Sakai tools.
