Bug fixes for "New UI for Citation Lists" (SAK-29974)

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Verified
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Affects Version/s: 10.4
    • Fix Version/s: 11.0, 12.0
    • Component/s: Citations
    • Labels:

    • 11 status:
      Resolved
    • Test Plan:
      Hide

There are a few Test Plans for this one:

      A. Try to add a citation list. The second tab on the page should say "Search Resources" not 'Sakai Resource Picker'

      B.
      1. Create a nested reading list (by going to Resources, clicking the 'Add Reading List' drop down option, enter a name for the list, click the 'Add Section' button, then the 'Add Subsection' button and then the 'Add subsection' button in that section you have just created (see screenshot). Manually create a citation and drsg and drop it into the h3 subsection (that is, the innermost section). Click Done.

      2. Edit each section title so that they each have an empty title.
      3. Save and view the reading list.
      4. You should not see the text 'null' in the title (where as you did before).

      C.
      1. Create a reading list (see above). Also manually create a citation and leave it unnested at the bottom.
      2. Click 'Duplicate' on the list (on the main Resources page). Edit the new list - you should see the same reading, different name. Try editing the citations in the new list (e.g., try editing the title) - you shouldn't see the changes in the citations of the original list).
      3. Do the same thing but use 'Copy' rather than 'Duplicate'

      D.
1.create a reading list, leave some items out of sections, put some in sections
2.check you can export all items.
3.check you can export each item, one at a time.

      E.
Then view a citation list (by clicking on it in the main Resource view):
1.The width of the screen should be reduced, no more than 1024 pixels.
2.At the top right of the screen, there should be 3 things (an Export link which exports all the citations to RIS file), a Print link which opens up a new tab with everything expanded so you can print the whole screen) and a Last Updated date.
