Cut site titles in 'preferences'->'hidden sites' in the same way as in tabs/sites

      Please, check the screenshot to understand the problem.

      In 'Hidden sites', under 'Preferences', the site names appear to be cut in a different way as in the other places where the site title is being cut.

      Notice that a new way for shorting the site titles was introduced in https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23567
