Disabled anonymous post checkbox should have greyed out styling

The anonymous posting checkbox (which becomes disabled once the topic/forum has been created), does not have disabled styling in morpheus (have seen this issue in other tools as well).

The checkbox should be greyed out, with accompanying greyed out text.
