Files causing overquota are going to Trash

      1. Try to upload a file that will cause an overquota.
      2. You get the error "Your file upload attempt could not be completed because doing so would put you over your site quota. Please check the sum total file size of all items you wish to upload before your next attempt."
      3. Go to trash.
      4. Try to restore the file that you failed to upload.
      5. You get the error "There was a problem with /group/424845a3-f6a4-4b04-aa67-b77117b9a375/Cyberduck-Installer-4.6.5.exe - java.lang.NullPointerException"
      6. Go to site resources.
      7. There is a file restored with the original size (exceeding the quota), moreover the file is corrupt: cannot remove, cannot download...

      Description

      The files that can't complete the upload go to trash, and they could cause some problems.
      If the file is restored the quota would be exceeded, moreover the file is corrupt: you cannot remove, you cannot download and you cannot upload any file to this site.

      I think that those files that are not fully uploaded shouldn't be in trash.
