Print Roster only is not printing all the participants within the site

      1. Start tomcat with sakai.demo=true in your JAVA_OPTS, so you get some course site data provisioned.
      2. Login as admin and switch user to 'datest'
      3. Enter a course site and add a few sections to the site.
      4. Click on the roster tool. You should see the list of students.
      5. Click the 'Print' button. The whole set of students should render and the print dialog should come up.
      6. Play around with the size of the screen and check out the responsiveness. I've changed the templates and CSS to make it a bit cleaner.

      You have to scroll all the way down to load all the participants and then print.
