      Scroll down slowly on mobile in various places including My Workspace, Lessons, and Overview. Scrolling slowly keeps the mainHeader and siteHierarchy from auto-hiding, you'll see that these headers scroll over them. The pull request I submitted doesn't fix the lessons stuff though.

      Description

      Previous z-index of 21 was causing the element to display above the banner and navigation on mobile. Possible typo since rgba value below it contains several 21 variables?
